Pilots Snatch Late-Game, 7-6 Win
The Denver Pilots needed 15 innings to beat the Dillonvale Indians, 7-6, at Pilots Ballpark. The win was due in part to designated hitter Josh Wachter, who went 3-6 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times. Dante Ramos claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3.1 innings. His record stands at 4-4. Denver has run its win streak to 4 in a row.

The decisive blow was delivered in the bottom of the 15th when Stuart Swan hit a run-scoring double off fireballing right-hander Ray Clark to win the game for Denver. The home crowd went wild.
