Though the conditions were not ideal, the Spokane Selects and Dillonvale Indians came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

The Spokane Selects romped over the Dillonvale Indians, 11-2, at Black Diamonds Ballpark. Lee Muza led the way. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for Spokane. Moises Gonzalez was the winner. Over 7 innings, he yielded 2 runs on 6 hits, with 1 walk and 6 strikeouts.

Jacob Jacob went 1-2 with a walk and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for Spokane. The 24-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Brandon Williams. It was his 24th RBI of the season.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Muza.

The Indians, now 21-52, have lost 5 straight.
