Quebec got a first-rate effort from pitcher Ken Springer, who frustrated New Rochelle hitters en route to a 2-0 Aces triumph at Ballpark of Lexington. Brian Prince notched his 4th save of the season. Quebec is now 35-34. New Rochelle is 32-37.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Cesar Pereira? The Quebec catcher had a run-scoring double in the top of the first inning to put the Aces on top, 1-0. For the game, Pereira had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
