The Quebec Fighting Quakers finished off the Denver Pilots, 7-3. Much of the credit belonged to center fielder Elijah Walker. Walker went 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs for the Fighting Quakers. The 5th-place Fighting Quakers now have a win-loss record of 32-36.

Quebec first baseman Julio Herrera helped the Fighting Quakers go up, 5-3, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Herrera hit a 2-run single off Denver pitcher Luke Barber.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Herrera said.
