The Spokane Selects scored a tight, 4-3 win versus the Denver Pilots at Selects Ballpark. Spokane pitcher Tim Sindt held his own in the contest. The defeat makes Denver 29-30.

Alex Sanchez was the walk-off hero for Spokane. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Selects shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Very pleased with the effort on our side," said Sindt.
