Reich Sensational for Lumberjacks
The rain came, as predicted, but the Bangor Lumberjacks and London Werewolves were able to complete their ballgame.

The Bangor Lumberjacks topped the London Werewolves, 5-2, in Southern A action at Werewolves Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to Bangor pitcher and Jersey City, New Jersey, native Mike Reich. The defeat makes London 50-42.

Reich was charged with no runs on 2 hits over 7 innings for the Lumberjacks. With the win, the 6-foot-3 , 195-pound right-hander goes to 4-1.

Bangor manager Shawn Banks was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard, they played all the way through," he said.
