The Pueblo Heroes picked up a win at Wizards Stadium, downing the Kalamazoo Comets, 4-3, in 10 innings. On the mound for Pueblo was left-hander Justin Binford, who played a pivotal role in the win. Kalamazoo is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.

Pueblo took a 4-2 lead on Dillon O'Neill's 9th double of the season. The 2-run double, which O'Neill hit in the top of the tenth, left Kalamazoo pitcher Kevin Martinez visibly frustrated.

"I had pretty good command out there," said Binford.
