A 5-RBI performance from Yoneo Yamamoto helped the Columbus Bowsers beat the Pueblo Heroes, 14-6. Columbus is now 46-32. Pueblo is 52-26.

A key moment came when Yamamoto faced Pueblo hurler Jared Fryman in the bottom of the fourth. The Bowsers, who were trailing 5-4, had the bases loaded. Yamamoto got a 0-1 fastball and hit a 2-run single.

"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said Yamamoto.
