Brad Martin never let Bangor get something going. The Dollywood right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Partons to a 6-0 win. In 6.2 innings, Martin surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. The loss makes Bangor 31-44.

Dollywood won the game in part because of Colby Freese. The first baseman ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Partons ahead, 3-0. For the game, Freese had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.
