Partons Earn Late Win
The Dollywood Partons clipped the Barrie Admirals, 5-4, in 10 innings at Stadia de Leones. The standout performance belonged to Dollywood pitcher and Grand Junction, Colorado, native Kyle Julias. Scott Sauer earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 2 innings. His record is now 5-2. The Partons improved to a lofty 57-12.

Orlando de Jesus drew 1 walk for Dollywood. With two out and the game tied in the top of the tenth inning, de Jesus, who is tied for 5th in the S-A in stolen bases with 12, had a clutch at-bat. Facing Barrie hurler Billy Shields, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run to give the Partons a 5-4 lead.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Barrie manager Manny Uset. "But we decided not to take it."
