Forero Clubs 2 Home Runs in 9-4 Nashua Win
The Nashua Sweepers defeated the London Werewolves by the score of 9-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to right fielder Javy Forero. Forero went 3-5 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Sweepers on the day. Lorenzo Martinez picked up the win, lifting his record to 3-1 on the season. He struck out 7 and walked 3 in 6.2 innings, while yielding 1 run. The third-place Sweepers improved to 36-34.

Kyle Hunt had a big grand slam home run for the Sweepers in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Nashua leading 2-1 and the bases loaded, he sized up a fastball from 21-year old left-handed pitcher Juan Ramirez and punished it. The result was his 1st home run of the season, which put the Sweepers on top, 6-1.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Hunt said. "We did a good job of that today."
