The Pueblo Heroes defeated the London Werewolves, 15-5, in part because of third baseman Aaron Cleaveland. Cleaveland was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 5 for the Heroes. William Hudgins earned the save for Pueblo, his 2nd of the year. Today's win puts Pueblo at 29-33, while London falls to 33-29.

Pueblo used the hitting of Andy Rael to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Heroes on top, 6-5. For the game, Rael had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.

"I don't feel you win baseball games by working harder than the other team or 'wanting it more,'" Rael told the Pueblo Observer. "You win just by scoring more runs."
