Extra-Inning Win by Storm Over Lumberjacks
A good performance from third baseman Roberto Vigueras helped the Lake Elsinore Storm defeat the Bangor Lumberjacks, 5-3. Vigueras was 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Storm. Reliever Hidero Fujiyama picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Tim Suttle took the loss. Lake Elsinore, with the win, sits at 14-48.

Had Vigueras not come through in the top of the tenth, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Vigueras hit a 2-run single. The Storm took the lead, 5-3, and never looked back.

"We didn't go down without a fight," said Bangor manager Shawn Banks.
