David Fadely pitched well, but the Walnut Park Bobcats still lost the game, falling, 4-2, to the Ann Arbor Z's at Knights Ballpark. Jesse Keim picked up the save, his 10th. At 22-31, the Z's find themselves in 5th place in the Stripes Conference East Division.

Paul Watson, who is tied for 10th in the StC with a .483 slugging percentage, drew 1 walk in 4 trips to the plate for Ann Arbor. In a tie game with two out in the bottom of the seventh, Watson came through with a run-scoring walk. It put the Z's in front, 3-2.

After the game, Ann Arbor manager Mike Boren applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
