Z's Walk It Off for 22nd Win of Season
The Ann Arbor Z's trumped the New Rochelle Purple Wave, 7-4, at Knights Ballpark. Ann Arbor catcher Scott LaCroix was terrific. He went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times. Ann Arbor is now 22-27. New Rochelle is 29-20.

Jordan Torres played the role of hero for Ann Arbor. In the bottom of the ninth, he launched a grand slam home run off Daniel Beckles to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was the decisive blow.

"Winning in the last at-bat, there's nothing else like it," said Torres.
