The Pueblo Heroes handed the Columbus Bowsers a 5-1 defeat at Heroes Ballpark. Left Fielder Jason Woody starred for Pueblo. He went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The win went to Adam Thomas in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Carlos del Valle took the loss. Pueblo right fielder Chris Hartlaub helped the Heroes go up, 3-1, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Hartlaub hit a 2-run single off Columbus pitcher Carlos del Valle.
