The Pueblo Heroes had to overcome a fine effort from Dollywood pitcher Andy Yule to win, 3-1, at Dolly Parton Ballpark. Yule went 7 innings and allowed 1 run. Pueblo reliever Phil Shull snagged the win, upping his record to 4-2. Vince Isabella shouldered the loss. The win for the Heroes raised their record to 30-18.

Dave Semones, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2020 draft, helped out the Pueblo cause in the top of the fourth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the second baseman was 2-5 with 2 singles.

Semones attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
