Klomp Delivers Walk-Off Win for Desperados
Austin picked up a win at Dell Diamond, toppling the Indianapolis Eagles, 4-3. Pitcher Tom Kitko was one of the reasons the Desperados triumphed. Kitko went 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 6. His record improves to 6-14. The win puts Austin at 51-76.

Brian Klomp was the walk-off hero for Austin. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Desperados pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.

"This was a good win," said Klomp.
