Dollywood Bats Quiet in 8-1 Loss
Lake Elsinore Storm starter Brian Sanborn turned in an exceptional performance against the Dollywood Partons at Dust Devils Ballpark, resulting in a Lake Elsinore win, 8-1. Despite the win, Lake Elsinore, now 2-21, is off to a terrible start.

Alan Gangi hit a 2-run double off Ryan Roeser in the bottom of the second, which put the Storm in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Gangi had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said Lake Elsinore manager Bobby Vargas.
