The Mexico City Aztecs beat the White Deer Tropics, 6-5, at Ballpark of White Deer. Omar Snell starred for Mexico City. He went 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Mexico City reliever Alvaro Ochoa picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Mike Gentry absorbed the loss. White Deer, with the loss, is still a hardy 8-3.

The Aztecs got a big at-bat from first baseman Pablo Patlan. For the game, Patlan went 1 for 4 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
