The Dollywood Partons topped the Pueblo Heroes, 4-3, in Southern A action at Heroes Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to Dollywood pitcher and Carson City, Nevada, native Gilberto Cortez. Sean Hill earned the save for Dollywood, his 1st of the year. After losing, Pueblo is 3-4.

Tyler Talton hit a run-scoring triple off Matt Wilken in the top of the ninth, which put the Partons in front, 4-3. Talton had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 5.
