Rockets Pull Off Thrilling 4-3 Win in Extras
The Huntsville Rockets withstood a good performance by Glace Bay first baseman Jose Ortega to knock off Glace Bay, 4-3, in 13 innings. Ortega was 3-5 with 2 home runs and a triple, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Huntsville reliever J.D. Hennis was the winner. His record is now 5-1. Lupe Carrillo took the loss. By defeating Glace Bay, the first-place Rockets improved to 89-51.

The Rockets got a clutch hit from catcher Josh Dunn. In the bottom of the 13th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Rockets.

"Our guys refused to lose," said Dunn.
