Jet Hawks Earn Late 5-4 Win
The first-place Grand Rapids Jet Hawks took on the Cottage City Cannonballers in front of a spirited crowd.

The Grand Rapids Jet Hawks topped the Cottage City Cannonballers, 5-4, in 11 innings at Jet Hawks Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Grand Rapids designated hitter Tyler Renfro. Grand Rapids has run its win streak to 5 consecutive.

Renfro delivered in the clutch for Grand Rapids. In the bottom of the 11th, he took a 1-2 changeup from Cottage City pitcher Jim Unknown and parked it over the fence. The solo home run won it for Grand Rapids.

"This place was rocking at the end," Renfro said.
