Cottage City Wins, 9-8, Over Trolls
The Cottage City Cannonballers defeated the Tyler Trolls in 15 innings, 9-8, in part because of third baseman Roberto Cano. Cano was 2-6 with a home run, a double, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Cannonballers. By defeating Tyler, the last-place Cannonballers improved to 39-88.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 15th. With two out, Cano hit a fastball from Duncan Kroon for a solo home run. The Cannonballers, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Cano said.
