The Santa Rosa Desperados routed the Grand Rapids Jet Hawks, 11-3, at Keelhaulers Ballpark. Dallas Remmert was one of the hitting stars. He was 4-5 with 4 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Santa Rosa. Jeff Eddins collected save number 1. The Desperados saw their win-loss record go to 80-43. At the same time, the Jet Hawks fell to 69-54.

The Desperados got a big at-bat from center fielder Victor Ontiveros, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a 3-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Desperados on top, 11-3.

"We hit the ball hard," said Santa Rosa manager Angel Cano. "Line drive after line drive."
