Though he had a stellar game, Aaron Coulson could not prevent his team, the Deltaville Deltas, from losing, 8-4, to the San Antonio Stallions. Coulson went 2-4 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Rodrigo Hernandez, the winner, goes to 11-4. He allowed 3 runs on 9 hits, with 3 walks and 3 strikeouts over 6.1 innings. San Antonio is now 68-56.

Adam Peterson had a big grand slam home run for the Stallions in the top of the fifth inning. With San Antonio leading 3-0 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from 19-year old right-handed pitcher Bobby Nicholson and swatted a home run to left. It was his 4th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Stallions ahead, 7-0.
