The Ambassadors had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Stallions going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 23-year old third baseman Tyler Philips came to the plate. Philips hit a grand slam home run on a first pitch fastball from Fremont hurler Andres Quiroz. It was Philips's 3rd home run of the year.
