Michael Soria was instrumental in his team's 10-8 triumph over the Fremont Ambassadors. The designated hitter was 2 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 5 for the Glace Bay Miners. Steve Oswald, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 28th save. Now 32-82, Fremont has dropped 13 straight.
