Jet Hawks Get 7-3 Win Versus Fremont
The first-place Grand Rapids Jet Hawks took on the Fremont Ambassadors in front of a spirited crowd.

Grand Rapids pitcher Freddy Arellanos had a large part in his team beating the Fremont Ambassadors, 7-3. The left-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The winning pitcher was Arellanos, now 8-2. He tossed 6 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 6.

Making an impact for the home team was John Sadler. In the bottom of the fourth, the 25-year old center fielder had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. That made the score 2-0, Jet Hawks.
