The Cottage City Cannonballers topped the Tyler Trolls by a score of 6-3. Leading the way was left fielder Ron Intrieri. Intrieri was 2-5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Cannonballers. Cottage City reliever Alex Alvarez picked up the win, upping his record to 3-3. Bobby Williams was saddled with the loss. Cottage City, with the win, is 32-72.

With Cottage City leading 2-0 in the top of the second, Intrieri hit a 2-run single off Tyler hurler Bobby Williams. It was the 60th hit of the season for Intrieri and put his team ahead, 4-0.
