The exploits of right fielder Ryan Patton helped the Deltaville Deltas defeat the Glace Bay Miners, 4-2. Patton slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Eric Brouwer earned his 5th save, after closing out the game. Deltaville now owns a record of 32-70.

Patton had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 1-2 curveball from Will Gardner, he banged a 2-run home run to right-center, giving the Deltas a 4-2 lead. It was the 15th home run of the year for Patton.

"We did enough to win," said Patton.
