The St. Catharines Blue Jays could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Bobby Pfau into a win. Instead, the Kansas City Dust Devils prevailed, 7-4. Pfau threw 5.2 innings allowing 1 run. Darius Timmons got the save, the 5th for him this season. Kansas City is now 41-61.

"I'm not out there for personal accomplishments," Riggle told a Kansas City News reporter after the game. "I'm out there to help the team win, and that's what we did today."
