The St. Catharines Blue Jays picked up a win at Engineers Ballpark, downing the Santa Rosa Desperados, 4-3, in 13 innings. On the mound for St. Catharines was right-hander Greg Mortenson, who played a pivotal role in the win. St. Catharines has now won 7 in a row.

Gerardo Medina delivered a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the 13th to win it for the Blue Jays. For the game, Medina went 1 for 6 with a walk.
