Rockets Get Past Kansas City for 4-3 Win
The Kansas City Dust Devils got a sterling performance from pitcher Gabe Ortega, but the Huntsville Rockets still prevailed, 4-3. Ortega threw 6.0 innings of 5-hit ball. Huntsville reliever Brian Blanchette picked up the win to move to 2-0. Ed Senter suffered the loss. Kansas City, at 41-52, has lost 4 straight.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Huntsville. That's when Nate Miller hit a run-scoring double off 18-year old right-handed pitcher Ed Senter to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Kansas City manager Jaden White said, following the tough loss.
