The 3-hit performance of Josh Bingham, who is tied for 4th in the N-A with a .413 on-base percentage, helped the Fremont Ambassadors beat the Tyler Trolls, 8-2. Jeff Maggard earned the save, his 4th. The Ambassadors move to 51-40 with the win, while the Trolls drop to 45-46.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Ambassadors grabbed the lead when Bingham hit his 14th double of the season. The run-scoring double off Kevin McGaha made it 3-2, Fremont.

"We were able to put some runs on the board," said Bingham after the game.
