The Deltaville Deltas defeated the Kansas City Dust Devils, 10-8, at Kansas City Grounds. Deltaville shortstop Kevin McCain had a superb performance. He hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 5. Eric Brouwer notched his 3rd save in 5 chances. Deltaville, with the win, climbs to 25-66.

With Deltaville leading 2-1 in the top of the second, Brian Martin hit a 2-run single off Kansas City pitcher Tadamasa Takashima. It put the Deltas ahead 4-1.
