Deltaville 8-6 Losers to Rockets
|
Huntsville Rockets starter Eric Mohr found his groove in his team's 8-6 win over the Deltaville Deltas. After today's action, Huntsville sits at 58-32, while Deltaville falls to 42-48.
Huntsville used a clutch at-bat from Eddie Sandoval to capture the win. The catcher hammered a grand slam home run in the top of the third inning to put the Rockets ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Sandoval.
