Gamboa Slugs Rockets to 6-2 Win
A 4-RBI performance from the 26-year old first baseman Javier Gamboa helped the Huntsville Rockets beat the Deltaville Deltas, 6-2. The last-place Deltas have dropped 4 straight games.

With Huntsville leading 1-0 in the bottom of the second, Gamboa hit a changeup from Jordan Montalvo for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Rockets ahead, 4-0.

"Javier is still learning," said Rockets manager Alec Roller. "The sky's the limit for him."
