The Tampa Capitals topped the St. Catharines Blue Jays, 5-0, in Northern A action at Capitals Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to Tampa pitcher and East Point, Georgia, native Aaron Kent. The Capitals improved their record to 41-40 with the win over St. Catharines.

The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the Capitals Ballpark crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.
