Flyers Win with Late Rally
The Newark Flyers topped the San Antonio Stallions, 11-10, in 10 innings at Alamo Field. The game was highlighted by the performance of Newark left fielder Billy Sawyer. The winning continues for Newark, with the latest triumph making it 7 straight.

Manny Stevenson came through with a big-time hit for Newark. The pinch hitter smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 11-10. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"I feel like we're rolling now," Stevenson told the Newark Gazette."The dugout is coming alive."
