The Grand Rapids Jet Hawks knocked off the Deltaville Deltas, 7-5, at Jet Hawks Ballpark. Ben Porter hit 2 singles and 2 doubles, while driving in 4 runs. Grand Rapids now sits at 49-30, while Deltaville falls to 36-43.
With Grand Rapids leading 3-1 in the bottom of the second, Porter hit a fastball from Willie Krell for a 2-run double. It was his 16th double of the season and put the Jet Hawks ahead, 5-1.
