The Tyler Trolls picked up a win at Rogers Centre, taking down the Deltaville Deltas, 3-1. Starting pitcher Scott Foote was a big reason why. Foote, the winner, moves to 6-1. He threw 6.1 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 2 walks. Marcos Guadarrama notched his 2nd save of the season.

Julio Pacheco took Deltaville hurler Jordan Montalvo deep in the top of the sixth. His 2-run home run put the Trolls on top, 3-1. In all, Pacheco had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"I was able to really locate my pitches tonight," said Foote.

With the victory, the Trolls upped their record to 40-37.
