Stallions Rally Late to Clip Glace Bay
The San Antonio Stallions overcame a good performance by Glace Bay first baseman Tony Baker to knock off Glace Bay, 7-6, at Miners Memorial Bowl. Baker slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. San Antonio is now 41-33.

San Antonio used a clutch hit from Victor Vanegas to get the win. The shortstop drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Stallions ahead, 7-5. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"Some of the guys in here work hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," Vanegas told the San Antonio Herald.
