Stallions Rally Late to Nip Capitals
The San Antonio Stallions scored a tight, 4-3 win versus the Tampa Capitals at Alamo Field. San Antonio pitcher Roberto Pleitez held his own in the contest. San Antonio reliever Stuart Hamlin snagged the win, upping his record to 1-1. Dave Velez shouldered the loss. With the win, San Antonio goes to 29-45, while the Capitals fall to 40-34.

The decisive blow was delivered in the bottom of the ninth when Aubrey Kenney hit a solo home run off 24-year old right-handed pitcher Dave Velez to win the game for San Antonio. The home crowd went wild.

"Sometimes you get the ball in the right spot and it goes," said Kenney.
