The St. Catharines Blue Jays picked up a win at Ballpark of Austin, knocking off the Huntsville Rockets, 6-3. On the mound for St. Catharines was right-hander Dylan Bell. He played a key role in the triumph. Randy Nitchals nailed down the save.

Blake Stangle helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run single to give St. Catharines a 2-0 lead.

Stangle attributed the win to "an all-around good team performance."
