Desperados Capture Close Win

The Fremont Ambassadors went down to defeat to Casey Thill and his Santa Rosa teammates. The final score was 3-2, Desperados, in 10 innings. Santa Rosa is now 28-39, Fremont 37-30.
Justin Krystofiak came through with a big-time hit for Santa Rosa. The catcher smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
"This win should put a little bounce in our step," said Thill.
