Deltaville Deltas starter Jesse Sitton was in the groove. He led his team to a win over the Tampa Capitals, 8-2. The win makes Deltaville 17-47, nothing to write home about.

Brian Martin had a big grand slam home run for the Deltas in the bottom of the second inning. With Deltaville leading 3-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Tom Moore and swatted a home run to left. It was his 11th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Deltas ahead, 7-0.

"No complaints from me," said Deltas manager Tyler Byrd. "I like what I saw out there."
