No one was more impactful than Kevin Bain in an extra-inning, 6-5 Fremont win over St. Catharines. Bain went 2-5 with a home run, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Even with the win, the Ambassadors have a dismal 20-44 record.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With two out, Bain hit a slider from Antonio Villareal for a run-scoring single. The Ambassadors, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"That was a lot of fun, watching both teams compete," said Ambassadors manager John McNair.
