St. Catharines right-hander Etienne Erbetto pitched his team to victory over the Newark Flyers at Engineers Ballpark. The final score was 6-4. The Blue Jays now own a record of 24-33.

The Blue Jays got a big at-bat from shortstop Mitch Jensen. For the game, Jensen was 2 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 2nd double of the season gave St. Catharines a 1-0 lead.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Jensen told the St. Catharines Chronicle.
