Rockets Sneak Past Blue Jays, 8-7
Jerry Guerrero was a major factor in the 8-7 Huntsville win over St. Catharines. The Rockets designated hitter was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Rich Sargent picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 3-3. Ryan Doran suffered the loss. The Rockets, at 21-24, have now won 4 straight.

The decisive blow was delivered by Brian Bergfeld in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 23-year old right-handed pitcher Ryan Doran to win the game for Huntsville. The home crowd went nuts.

"This was one of those 'not to be denied' games," said Huntsville field general Alec Roller.
